Yesterday I wrote a post about how to decorate your bookshelves, and one of my top tips for shelf decoration is adding something living to your shelves. Plants add color, dimension, and personality to your home. However, I realize that not everyone has a green thumb (I have killed my fair share of plants), and not every place in your house gets enough light to have a live plant. In those situations, you may need to use an artificial plant instead of a live plant.
Artificial plants accomplish the same aesthetic as live plants. The only thing you don't get with an artificial plant is the air purifying benefits a living plant gives you. We have artificial plants all over our home, so I have rounded up some of my favorites to share with y'all today.

We have the artificial fiddle leaf in ceramic sitting on our kitchen table because that area does not get great light during the day. Look how good it looks!
